How It Works:
The crucible melting furnace operates by heating the metal contained in a crucible using either electric resistance heating or fuel-fired systems. Once the desired temperature is reached, the metal can be tapped out using a hydraulic tilting mechanism or direct bale-out method, allowing for seamless operation and high productivity.
