As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the sales/business development team that directly manages the on-boarding of new sellers to AlCircleBiz & management of existing sellers.

AlCircleBiz is a global platform & hence managing/onboarding international clients will be a big part of this role. Another important point to note is – this is a B2B platform in the global metal industry and hence necessary exposure into the relevant areas will be key to succeed. We are experiencing extraordinary success in the last couple of months, post our launch and we wish to quickly accelerate our Business Development activities. So, expect a fascinating yet tough challenge ahead!


  • Reaching out to new sellers via different available channels, onboarding new sellers.
  • Providing direct support to AlCircleBiz Sellers, for their registration and on-boarding process.
  • Planning, strategizing and meeting the target on Sellers onboarding
  • Revenue Generation responsibilities through different available channels
  • Relationship Management with existing sellers
  • Up-selling, Cross-selling – for revenue generation.


  • 4+ years of Work Experience, any graduate in any specialization (MBA will be a big plus)
  • Excellent communication skill (both oral and written)
  • Prior experience in similar work environment (Ex - seller onboarding)
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Prior work experience in ecommerce companies
  • Prior experience in B2B environment would be a big plus
  • Experience in onboarding / managing international clients would be necessary

Location: The candidate should be comfortable and adoptive to WFH (base location for the role is – Kolkata). Once we would be free to move around, expect domestic as well as international travel be a big part of this role.
