ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media for AlCircleBiz, includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, branding, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, brochure, ad-copy, email flyer, animation and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize & Create visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, ad-copy and other designs for social media and other marketing channels
• Aligning the brand guidelines with the creatives
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic & campaign
• Image Editing, Resizing, Video Creation, Video Editing

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Proven graphic designing experience and strong background in design and branding
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Knowledge on HTML design is a plus
• Must have worked on Social Sites – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.
• 3+ years of experience

SKILLS:

• You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop, Illustrator
• Possess basic understanding of different marketing campaigns – social media, email etc
• Thorough knowledge of the current standards used in the online media
• Image Editing & Video editing skills are a plus
• Experience in working in an Ecommerce / Start-up environment would be a big plus
