PROJECT PLAN:

AlCircleBiz, post launch, has seen very good growth in demand and supply parameters in the last few months. Specifically, in our demand generation efforts, we have been successfully using many marketing channels like – Social Media, SEO, Email & have been investing in both paid as well as organic campaigns. Through this project, we are trying to solve the efficacy of our current campaigns as well as design the plan for our future strategies and channels to explore. Below is a draft outline about the project plan for the summer internship –

• Week 1: Introduction
• Week 2-3: Understanding & analysis of the current Email Marketing strategies & Future Plan
• Week 4-5: Efficacy of current Social Media campaigns, TG Analysis, Campaign planning
• Week 6-7: Competitor Analysis, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Keyword Research
• Week 8: Presentation
