ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Senior Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for all demand generation activities in both our platforms (www.alcircle.com & www.alcirclebiz.com). Both our platforms are growing at an exceptional pace and are already using most digital marketing channels. As the senior manager of Marketing team, you will lead this growth, manage and build rockstar marketing team and ensure both strategy and execution for all offline and online marketing activities. It is going to be an exciting, fun filled as well as challenging opportunity for the individual to lead AlCircle become the virtual eco-system in the global aluminium industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for designing the strategy of all online and offline marketing activities
• Managing the existing team of marketing managers and graphic designers. Building rockstar marketing team to support future growth of both platforms.
• Managing the execution of all digital marketing channels – Social Media, SEO, PPC, Email, YouTube etc.
• Hands on experience with different automation and marketing tools, implementing new technologies for performance tracking and improvement
• Involve in the cross-functional activities with other verticals & management
• Responsible for new customer acquisition and retention
• Responsible for managing the creative team and all creative designs for marketing
• Data backed decision making approach to solve complex problems
• Performance driven individual, with customer and quality at the heart of everything

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• 6+ years of work experience, MBA preferred
• Previous experience of managing similar profile in a B2B / Start-up eco-system
• Team building and team management experience, leadership skills
• Possess Great communication skills
• Strong knowledge of latest digital and offline marketing channels, hands on experience is MUST
• Data, Customer & Quality – need to keep these 3 pillars of marketing in mind

LOCATION:

The candidate should be comfortable and adoptive to WFH (base location for the role is – Kolkata). Once we would be free to move around, expect domestic as well as international travel be a part of this role.
