Description

1.Arc Alignment Unit                                              : Align the aluminium rod into the storage rack through buffering
2.Loading and Storage System (large translation) : Stores  sawn aluminum rods
3.Translation Rod Device (small translation)         : Lift the large translation aluminum rod onto the conveyor roller
4.Roller Conveyor System (conveyor frame)         : Conveying aluminium rods that have not been sawn or have been sawn
5.Fixed Length Mechanism Device                        : Used to determine the length of the rod and adjust the length of the finished rod
6.Circular Saw Cutting Host                                   : Circular saw cutting, the host completes the clamping and sawing of aluminum bars
7.Sawing Lubrication Device                                  : Atomization of trace amount of high lubricating cutting oil
8.Rod head/tail Mechanism                                    : Automatically drops into the collection box

11.Finished Rod Storage                                       : Finished long aluminum rod storage
