FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
1. Four-in-one functions: air cooling, air-mist mixing, mist cooling and high-pressure spraying:
Choose different cooling methods according to the different sensitivity of different alloys to cooling intensity and different wall thickness.
The wind-mist mixing is stronger than air cooling, effectively reducing energy consumption.
2. Circumferential multi-channel nozzle flow differential adjustment function:
The cooling intensity can be adjusted according to the difference in wall thickness of the profile section, effectively reducing profile deformation.
3. Circumferential multi-row air outlet and air volume adjustment:
This system adopts a circumferential multi-row air outlet design, and the air volume and pressure of each row of wind direction can be adjusted.
Every part of the extruded profile can be cooled evenly, effectively reducing deformation.
4. The middle air outlet and the air outlets on both sides can be adjusted up and down:
The top and side tuyeres can be adjusted vertically to accommodate the profile height. This structure is particularly important for large-scale quenching equipment. The same function is also available for compatible water-cooling nozzles.
5. Human-machine interface control and parameter memory function:
Human-machine interface control, all system actions and adjustments can be controlled through the human-machine interface, which is easy to operate.
Parameter memory function: To improve the efficiency of adjustment, the control system is designed with a parameter memory function. Each reasonable process parameter can be memorized by the system. The next time the same product is produced, the system will call the memorized parameters for production.
The system has remote debugging, monitoring and maintenance functions.
