Features:
- The intercooler tubes are made of composite aluminium alloy materials with high strength and good welding performance. The thickness of the header plate material is made of thickened aluminium, which greatly improves the compressive strength of the header plate.
- Staggered fin with open-window louvres further expand the heat dissipation area of the intercooler and improve the heat dissipation efficiency
- Tank is made of high-performance nylon material +35% glass fiber injection molding. The tensile strength and impact strength are much higher than the industry standard. Good tank material ensures the intercooler can withstand high-temperature environment during operation, it is not easy to deform and shrink, and the service life is longer
