Description
3105 aluminium disc belongs to a series of AL-Mn alloys, with good rust resistance and good electrical conductivity. The aluminium content is 98%. Because 0.3% copper element is added in it, the conductivity can reach 41%; 3105 aluminium disc cannot It is strengthened by heat treatment, so a cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and machinability bad.
