Description
Main features and uses:
1. This product generates a large number of dispersed TIAI particles in molten aluminium; high-melting-point particles. During solidification, these particles act as external crystal nuclei to refine the grain structure, thereby increasing the strength and plasticity of aluminium materials or castings and improving their overall mechanical properties.
2. This product is a white block of metal, 250g per block.
3. Aluminium alloy containing (GB8735-88) are used for titanium addition or grain refinement in aluminium alloy casting. The addition temperature is low, resulting in minimal titanium loss.
Chemical composition:
Ti content: 9.5%~10.5%, 19.5%~20.5%
How to use the remainder:
1. Bake dry before use.
2. Addition temperature: 720-760°C.
3. Dosage: Determine based on actual conditions through calculation and testing.
4. Addition method: Raise the temperature to the desired level, remove the scum and gently add this product to various locations in the molten aluminium. Stir evenly and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
