Specification & Penalty Aluminum Purity - 99.7 % above (If it's Al purity 99.7% below then it's shall be reject to final payment)
Origin Seller's option (Excludes Russia Origin, if seller do not showing to buyer the past BL- shipping evidence and following documents)
Payment Guarantee Irrevocable, Non-transferable MT700 DLC + final T/T pay (by MT103) at discharge port after checked the Q&Q by SGS (or Equiv’s) inspection.
Delivery term CIF - term
Seller price LME- xx USD - CIF-Pusan Port, South Korea (or fixed price)
LME rate It's LME rate shall be decide by the goods on arrived date at discharge port ( Not accepted to B/L date or contracted date)
Demanded quantity(MT) 1) Trial shipment : About 100MT-300MT (+/-5%) for shipping test
2) 1st & 2nd shipment: About 300-1,000 MT (+/-5%)
3) 3rd -Last shipment : Max 5,000 MT+@ per monthly*24 times

Discharge Port CIF-Pusan Port South Korea, (or buyer's nominate port later)

Working Procedure 1) Working procedure shall be suggested by seller and some adjusting later
2) Buyer do not accepted to upfront T/T pay for allocation or Export permit fee at loading part
3) Seller shall be sending the stocked photos and video with buyer's name plate after final contracted
4) Seller must be showing to potential buyer, seller's reliable evidence like as recent shipping B/L and following documents for reference, it's still supply to another buyers and supply guarantee after LC issued
