Description
When aluminium profile come out of the extruder ,the tem. is about 550℃, and not many material can stand such high temp. For long time .PBO fiber is the kind of material that can resist high temp up to 600℃,The needle punched roller sleeve that composed of PBO/Kevlar is ideal to use at extrusion initial area and beginning of the run-out table .It is the density of PBO layer enable the roller sleeve to work continuously under temp of 550℃,and at the same time to stand the abrasion from different shapes of the profile.
