Description

Semi automation is applied to process lines, which are manually controlled but employ mechanized system of work transfer. The design of semi automatic is similar to automatic line just that for work piece transfer overhead hoist is installed, which is operated by remote control. Equipment of this type is widely used for processing large components such as anodizing of aluminum extrusion and many more. In semi automatic plant most of the features of automation can be installed such as Heating and cooling system through PLC, Automatic control of rectifiers for providing the correct required plating current and voltage and Chemical addition can be made automatically by the control of dosing pumps on the basis of process usage. For air agitation system Blower is preferred. Here the worker has to move the transporter by the help of remote control.
