
Established in 2007, BAAPL Ltd. is currently processing 1100+ metric tonnes of secondary aluminium per month at its facility situated at Ranihati Amta Road, Howrah, with its registered office at 8, Camac Street, Shantiniketan Building, Kolkata.
Its production facility in Howrah is spread over 4 acres of land, with approximately 1.5 Lakh square feet of godown and manufacturing space.
Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and even a quality testing laboratory of its own, it has the infrastructure available to deliver international-quality products made in India. Its plant in Kolkata has five distinct verticals.

Infrastructure and Facilities
It has three skelner furnaces with 5 MT, 7 MT, and 10 MT capacity per heat, respectively. The total production capacity per month of its plant is 1200 MT
Pot Furnaces of 500 kg capacity per heat are used to melt aluminium scrap to acquire deoxidizing agents such as notched bars, shots and cubes as the final product
The spectrometer is an instrument that uses argon gas to burn a certain area of metal and take the different elements present in it to check the accurate composition of such material
An instrument used to check the density index of the alloy manufactured This helps the company control the amount of dross and other impurities present in the material
In house, telehandler assures smooth movement and handling of scrap and finished goods at the plant
