Sparsh Group was founded in 1975 by Shri Murlidhar Agarwal. The group initially started distribution and dealerships for various products like chemicals, tea, cement, fertilisers, etc. under the partnership firm. The group continuously registered growth in its ongoing businesses of trading and dealership.

Under the strategic plan, the group decided to foray into manufacturing activities with the objective of having flexible packaging solutions under one roof. This objective was achieved by setting up multiple factories in Kanpur from the mid-nineties until today.

The vision and passion of the promoters have been integral to Sparsh Group’s success in building the company from a small beginning to a well-diversified conglomerate and continuously looking forward towards various expansion and modernization initiatives in order to secure and ensure its continual and sustainable business growth.
