Description

For round ingot applications, we can provide large-size hard alloy oil-slip round ingot fixtures and processes, as well as small-size oil-air-slip round ingot fixtures and processes.

In flat ingot application, our casting machine is equipped with NOVELIS PAE capacitive level control system, which can meet the demand of producing alloys from 1 series to 8 series, and our company has cooperated with NOVELIS PAE in the research and development of the crystallizer and the process, and we can provide the tooling and the process support of special alloys (e.g., aluminium-lithium alloys).

• All casting machines meet national safety and aluminium 7 requirements and can achieve all linkage interlocking and fully automatic casting.

• Absolute accuracy of ±0.9 mm over the entire measuring range (240 mm stroke) and measuring accuracy of ±0.2 mm.
