Aluminium Plastic Recycling Machine

Description

The aluminum and plastic materials firstly crushed by the knife crusher into 10mm pieces, and then grinding by the water cooling turbo type grinding machine into aluminum and plastic fine powders. Then separated by the rotary screen, the big size will back into the grinding machine and the fine powders will into the electrostatic separator, finally the aluminum and plastic would be separated.

India customer visited our factory for Aluminum Plastic Crushine Separating Plant. He visited several suppliers during his tour in China and compared the aluminum powder separated from our system with those of other suppliers. He is quite satisfied with our equipment.

Crushing System: Crusher step-shearing style cutter can resolve the force bored by cuttings, and increase the force of cutting greatly. Blade quality have 9CrSi,Cr12MoV,SKD-II, D2 etc. Can be customized according to customer.

Copper cable recycling machine capacity above 500 kg / h will be equipped with single shaft shredder. The shredder adopts the high hardness main shaft, make it has more impact power when crushing materials. It is composed of micro cutting head and cylindrical tool rod, greatly reduces the wearing parts (blades).

Grinding System: New abrasive disk design, high capacity, good Wear Resistance, the service life is two times longer than the common abrasive disk.

Circular Vibrating Screen: Large Size Recycle for Second Time Grinding. Feedback system makes the grind much more effective.

The negative pressure feeding System prevent the dust from running out.

Air Cooler and Circulating Water System used to control temperature and reduce noise of the grinding system.

Whole Control: Controlled by PLC. Continuous feed, intelligent operation, automatic alarm make it easy to operate and Save labor.

Dust Removal System: Dust particle with a diameter more than 0.3 micrometers can be gathered, and the dust collection efficiency is up to 99%;it is a small unit which can be directly installed nearby the indoor machine, and can be also made into large dust collector.
