Description
Charging machines, rail-mounted, for charging dry hearth, stationary and tilting furnaces in a rapid and precise way:
• Charging capacity up to 40 cubic meters with a special hood to seal the furnace opening and stop any smoke emission in the atmosphere.
• Possibility to be equipped with detachable boxes.
• Fully automated charging process.
• Equipped with accurate weighting system and data transmission.
• Ability to precisely clean the dry hearth of the furnaces.
• The charging box rotates up to 180° to facilitate the loading of the aluminium scrap to be melted.
• Autonomous control of the working area by means of laser scanners.
