Work roll is mainly for flat-rolled aluminum (FRP) industry, used for producing coil & sheet, foil and pre-painted aluminium products.

2.Supply range:
Forging heavy sized work roll, hot strip continuous mill work roll, strip mill front finishing stand work roll, cast steel work rolls, bar and wire finishing stand work roll, high speed steel rolls, cast iron work rolls.
3.Main application: cold rolling mills
4.Material:: forged steel (9Cr2Mo, 9Cr3Mo, MC3, MC5 and etc.)
5.Process flow:
Mixture-Smelting-LF/VD-ingot-EDR-Heating-Forging-Heating after forging-rough machining-Tempering-Semi-precision machining-Induction heating-Cooling-Drawback-Precision machining--Packing.
