Direct, precise heating
TEM-PRO Heater® is a temperature profile heating system. It enables precise temperature control during extrusion, thereby guaranteeing a flawless production process during isothermal extrusion. With its higher transferable power density the TEM-PRO Heater® is considerably more effective, particularly with large billet sizes, than a gas furnace. What's more, it prevents overheating of the billet surface. Depending on the starting material, TEM-PRO Heater® can achieve an operating efficiency of up to 75%.

Thanks to its modular design, intelligent, computer-aided temperature profile adjustment capability and the option of individually-adjusted power ranges and heating sections, the TEM-PRO Heater® is suitable for a variety of materials:

The TEM-PRO Heater® has a modular design and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. A standardized connection to tools for isothermal extrusion means productivity of the entire press line is significantly increased.
