Aluminium Alloy Wire

Description

We manufacture aluminium alloy wires for special purposes ranging from 9.5 mm to 0.3 mm in different grades, namely, 5000, 4000, and 1000 series grades of aluminium alloy.

5000 series grade of aluminium:
These wires are used in the manufacturing of fasteners like blind rivets (Pop Rivets), etc. This is due to the special properties of the alloy, which make the product strong and light weight at the same time.

These wires are also used in the garment industry for the purpose of manufacturing hooks for the hangers. These products are further exported to other countries.

Additionally, these wires are used for fencing purposes in household and industrial applications. The advantage of this wire is the enhanced corrosion resistance, which allows its usage in water

4000 series grade of aluminium:
The wires manufactured in the 4000 series grade of aluminium are used as welding wires. The advantages of this wire are corrosion resistance and high strength.

1000 series grade of aluminium:
The wires manufactured in the 1000 series grade of aluminium are used as metallizing wires for coating layers of aluminium on film or foils.
