Description
Scot-D-Cote 11 is a water based micronized graphite die coat used mainly for gravity die casting. Scot-D-Cote 11 is recommended to be used along with Scot-D-Cote 140 (inorganic refractory and insulating coating for aluminium alloys). The conductive property of coating influence easy striping and excellent finish over Ingots / Aluminium casting.

- Improves the cast / ingot surface finish
- Increases the life of the tools and hence reduce breakdown time
- Eliminates contaminations of Iron or other undesired elements
- Helps in solidification of casting
- Avoids blisters on the cast surface
