Description

PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 is a liquid plunger lubricant for cold chamber pressure die casting machines.

PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 consists of mineral oil with special additives and contains no graphite the soiling of the machine is low.

For steel and CuBe plungers wetting and lubrication is very good.

SCOT PLUNGER – GB85 is graphite based heavy duty plunger tip lubricant. It gives excellent lubrication with less fumes.

SCOT PLUNGER – GB85 was formulated extensively with highly refined petroleum oil, fatty oil & waxes.

Application:
 

PLUNGER LUBE GF-70 can be applied by dropping or spraying. The quantity of PLUNGER LUBE GF-70 depends on temperature, plunger diameter and alloy,the average is 2–5 g.

SCOT PLUNGER – GB85 can be used with an automatic spray system and dip spray system. It can also be used with paint brush.
